SHIPPING POLICIES / DELIVERY STANDARDS

We ship all our products with UPS. You will have a choice, at the time of checkout, to select which UPS service best suits your needs. We do this, even for small items, so we can track each shipment to ensure timely delivery. If you ever need to ask the status of your shipment, simply call us and we will track the item for you and let you know it's status. Most items, if in stock, ship within 48 business hours, and any item on backorder will result in a personal call or email to you to discuss your options - we try to make your shopping experience a personal experience.

RETURN / REFUND POLICIES

If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, contact one of our sales associates or Web Manager at (919) 832-2261 and let us know what your situation is - we will inform you as to the best way to resolve your issue. Most items are easily returned or refunded, either by return shipping, or bringing the item into our dealership.

PRIVACY POLICY

Ray Price Harley-Davidson, its affiliates, contractors and web developer, in no way comprimises your personal information by selling, trading or collecting data through its online shopping experience, other than to fulfil your order. The only way we send you correspondance outside of the delivery process is if you elect to sign up for our newsletter or our Rewards Program.
