Triumph would like to congratulate Ray Price Triumph for registering their 100th retail sale this year and achieving membership to the Ton-Up Club for 2015! Already the winner of multiple Triumph Dealer of the Year Awards for their region, 2015 will mark the fifth straight year in the Ton Up Club for Ray Price Triumph, yet another amazing achievement for the North Carolina dealership!
Founded by legendary motorcycle drag racer Ray Price, Ray Price Triumph was destined for success from the very beginning. After deciding to carry Triumph motorcycles in 2010, they picked up their first Ton-Up award for 2011, their first full year selling the British marque. They followed that up with their first Triumph Dealer of the Year Award for their region the next year. Now one of the Southeast’s largest Triumph dealers, they cite their customer focus, community involvement and love for the brand as major reasons for their dynamic success.
“Here at Ray Price Triumph, we’re proud of the brand and we live it every day,” says Triumph Champion Kristie Holsclaw. “Our enthusiasm and zeal for life and motorcycles has inspired us to sell 100 Triumphs in one year for the last five years in a row. What an awesome ride it is!”
Inspired by an old racing term for “doing the ton” or reaching 100 mph, Triumph created the Ton-Up Club to recognize dealerships that sell 100 or more new Triumph motorcycles during a sales year. In appreciation for all of their hard work, Ton-Up Club winners receive a special plaque and a unique identifier on the Triumph Consumer Website.
For more than 30 years, Ray Price Harley-Davidson has served as the center of motorcycle culture in Raleigh, N.C., and among the Southeast’s top motorcycle dealerships. Home to Hall-of-Fame racing legend Ray Price, dealership staff have centuries of combined Harley riding experience to provide award-winning customer service and education programs for beginners-to-expert riders. Ray Price was again named a 2014 Dealernews Top 100 business, as well as a Powersports Business Power 50 Dealer. The team actively supports area charities through a wide range of philanthropy projects. Ray Price Racing won the National Hot Rod Association’s (NHRA) Top Fuel Harley Championship in 2014 and 2015.
